In 2016, my talent journey began when I took on a leadership role overseeing a department of 1,700 people. As a working mom with a demanding career, I faced numerous challenges, including managing a team of varied ages and experience levels. It was time for me to embrace my role as a leader truly.

I recalled the Strengths Finders Assessment I completed in 2010, which sparked my interest in natural talents but left me still struggling with personal and professional challenges. Then, in 2019, I visited Gallup Offices in Washington, DC. They offered a seminar on maximizing team performance through individual talents. It was a game-changer.

I learned that harnessing each team member's unique talents and strengths created a more productive, motivated, and committed workforce. After implementing this model, my team consistently met performance targets, and their professional relationships deepened.

Since then, I've led over 100 team sessions, conducted 300+ individual talent assessments, and improved the performance of every team I've worked with. My unique experiences and insights have equipped me to help other leaders tap into their and their team's strengths, fostering authentic and high-performing teams.

Today, I continue to lead digital teams in Corporate America while helping individuals on the side. I'm living a rewarding life with my family in Maryland, and it all started with discovering who I was born to be. Now, I'm dedicated to helping other leaders embark on their journeys of self-discovery and authentic leadership.
